Failure XP

I am not sure if it is possible but I suggest the failure xp reduces by 10% for each 10 lvls obtained.

eg lvl 0 -10 200% (as it is now)

lvl 11 - 20 190%

lvl 21 - 30 180% etc

until possibly lvl 150 where it would then remain at 50%.
