Can't hunt on region 6?

So i leveled up to 103 hunting a few days ago, went to try some hunting on great green groves (102 hunting requirement) and when i click on the hunt tab nothing happens, the hunt screen refuses to pop up, tried reloading bs and no bueno.  Is this a bug or hunting in this region isn't implemented yet?
