Brand new player stumped by bug.

Just started playing and everything in the menus is greyed out except Chop Trees. Which is fine, because that's what I need to do to get going. BUT When I clicked on Marketplace, nothing was happening. Absolutely nothing. This had me really stumped. Finally I logged out and back in and now when I click on MarketPlace, it works.

Also, a suggestion, not a bug: only chop trees is "colorized" even after I logged out and back in. It makes it look like Travel, City Center, MarketPlace, etc are disabled, even though they're not, if that makes sense.
