NPC Price List

Seems a Price List for the Proposed NPC Shops is circulating. I don't know who came up with it. But the NPC Shops should not sell almost everything in the game.

If they do, could you not just Play the game as a Stock Market Game. Buy and Sell without actually doing anything else ?

This is phrased as a question because I do not see an Opinion Section
