Number of slots exceeded
I had 1533 / 1500 slots. I could still work and I could still walk. Not sure if the timer had gone up though.
Is this a bug?
If its not and then timer had indeed gone up, maybe a short message like "You are travelling slower than normal as you are carrying more than you can"

This is not a bug, it's as expected, however it won't let you move with too much stuff in your inventory. Basically you're just standing around your stuff so that no one else takes it.
