Construction Actions not counting

This seems to be different than the problem where people coming back from botcheck have actions not counting. When you start a construction action without the correct tool equipped and remove the tool from storage, then equip that tool, the actions will run but will not count towards building. Only happens when you pull tool from storage. Equipping tool already in inventory does not cause this

I think I had the same problem today.

I was doing 'shore foundation' and after a refresh I noticed that the count did not go up.


And I saw that the "upgrade completion 493 out of 900" did not appear, but that didn't ring a bell for me, unfortunatly.

After trying it out, I can confirm what Bofra says.

I could reproduce the steps mentioned.
