Notification when someone speaks

I like that we get notified in the tab when someone says something when we're not on the tab, however I don't find it necessary for it to do so when you have someone ignored/you're on someone's ignore list...It's annoying and messes with my ocd, lol :P Seriously though, it's just quite unnecessary when I click back to see if someone in clan or world, etc. has spoken and I find that it'd been someone I've iggied/has me iggied
