Loosing Experience from before new server day

Yesterday evening I made lvl 101 cooking, today when i started cooking again it showed lvl 100 then ticked over to lvl 101..

I looked at top hereos and I lost around 30k xp from this. I have seen others mention this has happened to them also but this is the first time I have seen this..

This has also happened to me twice. I have been taking screen shots each day to have evidence when I reported it but it has not happened since I started the ss.
