Can Teleport To Same City

As the title says, it is possible to teleport to a city you are already in. It would be nice if a warning was displayed when doing so. Sometimes I derp and click on the wrong destination :S It can be debilitating especially if over carry limit.

Especially because the UI is very unresponsive, so it's quite easy to click the wrong button when mashing the mouse trying to get something to respond.

Thats true, the right hand menu does not allow for any click and drag. If one does so, the game freezes (awful for anyone with a shaky hand)
