Limestone for Cement for Construction
Proposed idea:
Since limestone currently only has one use, how about using it to make cement (or concrete) to replace some of the higher end stone requirements in construction.
Perhaps utilizing crushed stone (an new action) , limestone and water to make the cement/concrete.

In addition to helping the miners by allowing them to mine a higher-level drop, this could help constructors if adding the cement or concrete would be a higher-level action. (For the amounts of stone we have to add, 113 XP is really not much.)
