If planting timer has expired don't let me keep planting

This has happened to me a few times, but only on certain crops it seems, or maybe the've fixed it... Planting something (Oats, I think) the other day and it stopped just fine

Happened today on lettuce.

Fucking lettuce.

I've seen it with lettuce too...Wonder if it's only certain crops
