Allow cooks to equip knifes based on cooking level

Right now knifes are used in preparing raw foods. However knife equip level is based on crafting and not on cooking. Can we please make it so knife equipped level are based on cooking and crafting?

this is a game wide problem in many places, like your example, as well as construction using hammers that are restricted by smithing level, etc. A fix for this is on the road map.
