30 min botcheck even with premium

Sometimes i get a botcheck for the 30 min mark even though I am premium. I havent noticed any patterns, sorry for the lack of info. Can anyone add to this?

I've heard about this from a few people, but there's no pattern to it- Clannie kept track of their botchecks after it seemed like they were coming up within 10-15 minutes of each other and at that time, they were...I want to purchase premium, but am waiting until it is fully fixed as I feel we pay for that, it should be exactly the time it states for the botchecks :)
