Make speed skill matter more
Because speed also follows the lv/2 for 1s timer reduction, it's nigh useless to level speed or put time in it at all. Even at super high +200 levels you'd still be looking at several minutes worth of travel time between areas.

What's also interesting is that since it's a flat timer reduction, if you travel one segment at a time, you can get to your destination faster. For example, if you go from Aurora -> Hatcherton -> Durbin Capital -> Battlecreek -> Widdleville -> Capidune, you get the timer reduction 5 times, but if you go from Aurora -> Capidune, you only get it once. Fixing that alone would make speed considerably more useful.
