Add friend list function

Pretty straightforward function. Should be able to tell if the friend is online or not, as well as the location.

I think this would be great to incorporate into the existing online player list in the top bar. Including players' locations and current actions and making the list searchable similar to the clan online list (Clan Profile -> Online) would cover it.
