Remove crafting req from knives for gutting fish.

I want to gut a fish with a requirement of lvl 40 fishing to gut, and apparantly I need crafting levels to use the knife.? Is it somehow possible to make it require fishing lvls when gutting and crafting levels when crafting? Or maybe have it require either fishing or crafting if that's not possible. Feels really strange I have to be a crafter to gut my fish with a good tool ;)

I had a similar suggestion about tool usage for construction actions. Basically make it so that the skill needing the item determines the tool level and can be fluid. Ex: You can use an 'Iron Knife' to gut fish at level 40 fishing, but if you have a lower crafting level you would have to switch to a lower tier one. Havent heard anything on mine yet, but maybe this will bump both of ours.
