Default this forum to newest and not top rated

The popup version of this forum on the site only shows top rated and no way to change it to newest without actually visiting the site. The same threads keep being watched/voted but anything new is mostly not being read. I don't know if this forum has the possibility to have it somewhat like reddit, where it uses a combination of date and votes to show the top posts instead of only votes. Any system with only top voted posts being shown will have the same topics viewed and voted on over and over with anything new never having a chance unless it's spammed in the ingame chat to try and get votes.
