Clan Message Broadcast

Would be nice to have an option to send a clan-wide broadcast, or clan wide mail. I know it broadcasts the Clan Message when updated, but most of that info is static. This would just make clan communication a little easier

Another point in favour of this is that the Clan Message is viewable by everyone. I would personally prefer it to broadcast in messages rather than chat since players who are AFK can easily miss chat, and since chat disappears every time there's a refresh or a server crash. We can have the best of both worlds if messages are also announced in chat.
