bot check timer

(I noticed the 30 minute was 26) So at 56 minutes the bot check shows up. So i click it and 56 minutes later it shows again. Then 56 minutes later etc. Am i not losing 4 minutes per check if i click it when it shows up ? So should i wait until the 30, 60 or 120 minutes shows up ? and not the bot check ?

Your actions stop 60 minutes after the last time you click a bot check. So yes, if you click earlier, you "miss out" on that time, but this is actually done for convenience, and indeed you can also click on the Battered Shield logo to trigger a bot check even earlier.

The convenience of showing the bot check 4 minutes early is that it gives you time to finish what you were doing, switch to the game, and solve the puzzle, all without missing out on any actions. The convenience of letting you trigger it even earlier than that is that if you're about to head out or go to bed, your next bot check might be in 6 minutes, so your actions would stop in 10 minutes, but triggering it early means your actions will run for 60 minutes from that point.
