Bronze Shovel giving crafting bonus

I have a bronze shovel equipped and both when I click the item and under Effects it is showing '-1 Crafting timer'. Should be -1 farming right? Also does using higher tier shovels lower the timer when clearing ground (Construction)?

you're saying it's not supposed to help with crafting? :). We'll fix this as part of our clean up night.

The manual says it's -1s crafting timer and doesn't mention any effects on farming or construction.
