Premium account breaks URLs in chat

Since :/ is a premium emoticon, any URL that contains it (that is, all of them) gets an emoticon instead. It works for regular accounts, so it's kind of discouraging players from getting a Premium account.

The attempt at fixing this seems to have done the opposite: I am not a premium user, but :/ now changes into the emoticon when I type it, in or out of a URL.
