Chat Box Bug

If you pull the slider all the way down, you can not pull it back up after letting go of it.http://prntscr.com/dht146

If you could, When the chat is set to a really small value, "delete"(hide) the chat box but have a button with an upwards arrow, that, upon clicking, would resume the chat box to it's default height. The button could be placed here: http://prntscr.com/dht27y (Remove the input box too, ofc)
