they never disappear, so if they are gone, someone picked them up, which anyone can do in that particular city.

We've discussed this idea before. The question is there a limit to how much failure u can add? Can you always add to 100% failure? Should it add failure to skills that can't fail?

It should be within the next ten minutes hopefully, we will keep this thread updated. We had to ban some users, and fix the bug before we put it back up so they don't create another user and just do it again with a new user.

this and a whole lot more is going to change your whole world of combat :) it'll be a little while still though.
